Hi, I’m Dean, the owner and technician behind Repairs on Wheels.
I’ve spent over 15 years working in the technology industry, gaining hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing and upgrading computers, laptops and games consoles.
After years of working in different technical roles, I decided to take my experience and build something of my own. That’s how Repairs on Wheels was born.
I wanted to offer something different from the traditional repair shop: a professional, convenient repair service that comes directly to the customer.
Today, I operate from a fully equipped mobile workshop, travelling across Bristol to help customers get their devices working again. From a faulty PlayStation 5 to a laptop that won’t start or a gaming PC that needs attention, I take pride in finding the right solution.
When you book with Repairs on Wheels, you deal directly with me — the person carrying out your repair.

Frequently Ask Questions
We do repair Apple Desktops and Laptops. We currently do not repair Apple Watches, Mobile Phones or iPads.
We usually aim to repair most devices same-day within the hour, however, repair timescales can differ depending on the device and type of repair.
In reference to software repairs, we offer a 3-Month guarantee, if the problem re-occurs we will fix it at no extra cost. Hardware repairs we offer a 3-Month guarantee on the service and generally, all parts have a 1-year manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.
Payments can be made via Card, Cash or BACS on receipt of a successful repair.
If we physically can not repair your device there will be no charge.
If however we diagnose the issue and can repair but 1) its not worth repairing or 2) you wish not to proceed then a minimum of 1 hour labour will still be charged.
We will only be honest when it comes to repairing all devices whether it be new or old. If we beleive your device is uneconomical to repair then we will suggest this. We do not push sales or repairs. Our reputation is far more important to us.
Yes, you will know all costs, before we do anything. There are no surprises and no hidden charges.
We never remove or otherwise touch your data apart from for backup purposes (which we’ll always go over with you first.) We take data security very seriously and are trusted by businesses with their most sensitive data.
